Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This processing begins once we have received your order confirmation via email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification informing you that your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

At Luminas, we strive to make shopping as easy and affordable as possible. Therefore, we apply standard shipping rates that are beneficial to our customers. In most cases, our shipments are free, unless stated otherwise.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • International: Free shipping for standard products.
  • Netherlands / Belgium: Free shipping for standard products.

Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Methods

Below are the estimated shipping times for your reference:

  • 5-10 Business Days: International shipping with free shipping for standard products.
  • 5-10 Business Days: Shipping to the Netherlands / Belgium with free shipping for standard products.
  • 7-12 Business Days: International shipping with free shipping for large products.
  • 7-12 Business Days: Shipping to the Netherlands / Belgium with free shipping for large products.

Note: While we do our best to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

At Luminas, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have established a return policy to assist you in such situations. Below are the details of our return policy:

Return Period

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds

When returning an item, we will refund the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs. Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, but we will clearly indicate this on the respective product page.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@luminas.nl. Be sure to include your order number and attach a photo showing the condition of the damaged item. We handle such cases individually and aim to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your credit card or original payment method, though it is often processed sooner.

  • If you have any questions or changes regarding your order, please contact us immediately at info@luminas.nl. Please note that order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been shipped.
  • It is crucial to carefully check and enter the correct shipping address. Luminas is not responsible for undelivered orders due to address errors provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding shipping costs) and ask you to place your order again.
