Return Policy

At Luminas, we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. We have developed our return policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to assist you.

1. GENERAL

Our return policy includes a generous period of 30 days. This means that from the moment you receive your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, including all original tags and in the original packaging. Additionally, you must be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@luminas.nl. Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse from which the products originated, which in most cases is in China. Therefore, please contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address.

Once your return request has been accepted, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the items to the provided address. We cannot accept items that are returned to us without prior return approval.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

It is essential that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item by mistake, please contact us immediately. This way, we can assess the issue and provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.

3. EXCHANGES

If you would like to receive a different item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item you wish to receive. This is often the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. You must be able to provide proof of purchase.

5. REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you immediately whether the refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used, and this will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to fully process and reflect the refund on your account.
